23rd Soroptimist Biennial Conference: Live Your Dream

The 23rd Soroptimist Biennial Conference was held on May 17-20, 2012 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City. It was a wonderful few days of fellowship, discussion on women issues, and meeting old friends. The thrust for this year is "Live Your Dream."
